What you provide

Clarineuro uses your email, educational question, optional age range, follow-up replies and any redacted written report to provide your chosen service. Please do not submit names, dates of birth, addresses, medical-record numbers, insurance identifiers or contact details in questions or reports. Your checkout email is collected separately for payment and access notices.

Reports

Remove identifiers from report text, scanned images, filenames and document metadata before uploading. Automatic de-identification is not provided. The neurologist may decline to process a report that still contains identifiers. Do not upload raw medical imaging for interpretation.

Processing and access

Supabase stores service records and private uploads. Vercel hosts the application. OpenAI processes submitted question text and follow-up replies to prepare educational content. Stripe handles checkout and payment information; Clarineuro does not collect card numbers. Resend delivers access and service notices. The designated neurologist can access requests eligible for human review. Paid drafts are withheld until explicit approval of an exact answer version.

Access and retention

Your private browser session and expiring access links protect guest requests. Keep them private. Opening an answer starts a 24-hour access period. Access ends when that period expires, and stored request content, reports and answers are scheduled for deletion. Access expiration and completed deletion are separate events. Unopened requests also have a retention deadline. Limited payment, delivery and security records may remain after medical content is deleted. Copies you download remain under your control.
