Educational purpose

Clarineuro explains neurology concepts and written medical terminology. It does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend individualized treatment, provide medical advice or replace care from your own clinician. Using this educational service does not establish a treating clinician relationship. It is not an emergency service. Seek emergency care for a current emergency; in the United States, call 911.

Service choices

The free AI educational answer is unverified and is not reviewed by a neurologist. A neurologist-reviewed question costs $29 USD. A neurologist-reviewed written-report explanation costs $49 USD and requires a report with identifiers removed. Review includes human approval before the exact final version is released. You can print or save an approved answer as a PDF during its access period. We do not interpret raw MRI, CT or other imaging.

Before submitting

Provide only information you are authorized to share. Remove identifying details from questions and report files. Do not submit emergencies, request prescriptions or use this service to make urgent treatment decisions. Unsafe requests or content that fails our checks may be withheld. No answer is guaranteed to be available immediately.

Payments and service problems

Confirm the selected service and displayed price before paying. Payment does not authorize release of an unapproved draft. If a paid service cannot be completed, or you believe you were charged more than once, contact n.khoshnoodi@gmail.com with the payment receipt reference. We will investigate and arrange a refund for an unfulfilled or duplicate charge when appropriate. Rights required by applicable law are unaffected. Do not send card details or medical reports by email.

Keeping your answer

Opening your answer begins a 24-hour access period. Save or print a copy before access expires. Reopening does not extend the deadline. Stored content is scheduled for deletion after its retention deadline; downloaded copies are your responsibility. Keep browser access, invitation links and answer links private.
